Certain services within Hifzat may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set out in your selected plan. All fees must be paid in accordance with our payment terms and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice. All intellectual property on Hifzat, including but not limited to software, designs, content, and materials, belongs to us or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Hifzat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages or losses that may arise from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also choose to stop using Hifzat at any time by closing your account. Updates to these Terms may be made periodically, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
